1. This Agreement
This is the user agreement which governs your use of the website www.myholiday.gr which is owned and operated by esiness travel services, and whose registered address is esiness travel & aviation services, E.O. Nidri - Lefkadas, Nidri, Lefkas, GR-31084. By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing or otherwise utilizing the Site, the services or functions offered in or by the Site and/or the contents of the Site in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below. 2. Responsibility and Age
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Site in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. You agree:
2.1 to be financially responsible for all use of this Site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you);
2.2 not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights pursuant to this Agreement;
2.3 to supervise all usage by minors of this Web site under your name or account; and 2.4 that you shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.

Information contained on the myholiday.gr Site concerning any products and services (including but not limited to myholiday.gr products) may only be applicable in certain areas. You acknowledge and agree that all materials contained in the Site and provided to you during your use of the Site ("Content") are the property of myholiday.gr.

myholiday.gr provides information concerning the price and availability of hotels, together with a range of other information to assist in making a hotel reservation. Prices, restrictions and availability of goods and services may change without notice and reservations are subject to applicable taxes and fees.By completing the information boxes and clicking 'confirm' on the reservation page you are entering into a contract with myholiday.gr for the provision of all the services of the Site, including the publication of pricing, availability and other information concerning available hotel rooms (the "Services"), on the terms set out herein. Unless otherwise agreed or specified, myholiday.gr does not charge Users any fee for the provision of its Services.

5. Content Disclaimer
The Content is intended for entertainment and information purposes only. While myholiday.gr together with third parties who supply information which is available on the Site will make all reasonable efforts to verify that the information presented on myholiday.gr is accurate and current, myholiday.gr makes no express or implied warranties about the information, the services, or any other element of the Site. The views and opinions expressed on myholiday.gr are not necessarily those of myholiday.gr. The provision of incomplete or inaccurate information by Users may result in the delay or cancellation of reservations by myholiday.gr. myholiday.gr shall not be liable for transmission errors or for delays/cancellation of reservations or any other acts or omissions of featured third party providers.

6. User Conduct
The reservation system on the Site is provided solely to permit Users to determine the availability of services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase of any third party supplier which are notified to you before you make such purchase. The name, address and other information (including payment data if applicable) that you provide via this Site, together with information regarding the manner in which you use this Site will be used by myholiday.gr in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You agree not to use the Site to: a) upload, post or e-mail any content onto the Site; b) transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs; or

7. Indemnity

myholiday.gr may make information available on the Site regarding specific services, offers or promotions which myholiday.gr and certain travel or hotel services providers are conducting ("Offers"). 13. Law and Jurisdiction

We both agree that the Courts of Greece, and specifically those of the perfecture of Lefkas, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this agreement.

14. Validity of the Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by either myholiday.gr or you to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

15. Changes to these Terms
Due to its policy of updating and improving the site, myholiday.gr may wish to change these Terms (including those relating to your use of the Content). myholiday.gr rates the hotels we feature on our website using Hollys', Holly ratings are determined solely by the opinions of the management of myholiday.gr. Their opinions are based on experience, knowledge and customer feedback. Where the official rating of the hotel is known, this will be published in addition to our own star rating and it will clearly state "Official Rating".
