The apartment complex is located above Parga, on the hillside with magnificent views.The old town and the beach can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. It was not until 2009, the two buildings located on the hillside were erected.
The idyllic resort of Parga with about 3000 inhabitants, between Igoumenitsa and Preveza in a small bay on the Ionian Sea. The backcountry passes in the mountains and dense forests. Before the island of Paxos and Parga Antipaxos lie are served daily in the summer, with excursion boats.
