This is your luxury holiday home in Lefkas and consists of three (3) bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large (60sqm) open-plan lounge, dinning, kitchen area.
Upper floor
* Three (3) bedrooms.
* One master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite wc, shower and bathtub with Jacuzzi, seating space, A/C and private balcony.
* Two (2) bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second with twin beds, and A/C.
* One wc, shower, bath.
Ground floor
* One wc, shower, bath.
* Storage and ironing area, with iron and ironing board provided.
* Open-plan lounge, dinning and fully equipped kitchen with latest technology electric units, such as double story fridge, touch-screen oven, micro-wave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fully stocked with modern and designer cooking and eating cutlery and accessories.
* TV, DVD and CD player.
* There are terraces and verandas all around, overlooking the olive grove and garden, with a BBQ on the west side veranda.
Guest Bedroom
*2 more guests if needed, can be accommodated at the guest bedroom located next door, at Katikia II, with it?s own entrance, private open sky veranda, twin beds, en-suite wc / bath / shower and A/C).

During August, both Katikia I & II are available for rent. Please note that for any other period, only an early request for renting both houses will be considered.
Katikia II (up to 8 guests)
Pool level floor
Mezonette style, with queen size bed, living/study area and balcony upstairs, large open-plan lounge, dinning, kitchen, A/C, TV, DVD, CD player and w/c with shower downstairs. Similarly equipped as Katikia I.
A separate guest bedroom with connected, as well as separate entrance, with twin beds, A/C, en-suite w/c with shower and private veranda is also located at this floor.
The 100sqmtr east side veranda in this house offers total privacy, large dinner table and a foul equipped BBQ surrounded by all kinds of fruit trees and herbs.
Garden level floor
Although it has it?s own separate entrance from the same level as Katikia I, it is also connected to the upper floor with staircase and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with twin beds, A/C and w/c with shower and bath, lounge, dinning and kitchen area, fully equipped as the rest of the house. Pool side veranda in front with seating area, table and chairs.
